Linden Houses Fiber Upgrade
We’re replacing the existing network at Linden Houses with our 100% Optimum Fiber network. This means you’ll enjoy a faster network with enhanced connectivity and 99.9% reliability.
- What do I need to do?
- To take advantage of this upgrade and continue receiving service, you must schedule a free installation appointment before March 15, 2023. Please call 877.666.2042 Monday through Saturday 9 am – 7 pm.
- What happens if I don’t make an installation appointment?
- Our existing network is scheduled to be removed from the Linden Houses on March 15, 2023. To continue your Optimum service, you’ll need to be connected to the Optimum Fiber network.
- How will this impact my bill?
- Once you’re installed on the Optimum Fiber network, you’ll be eligible to receive our current promotional pricing for Optimum Fiber Internet, TV, and phone.
- Is assistance available for my bill?
- Optimum is proud to participate in the Federal Government’s Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP), which offers a credit for up to $30 per month to help qualifying households pay for Internet or Mobile service. Find out if you’re eligible, visit optimum.com/acp
- I currently participate in ACP, what happens with my benefit?
- Your affordable connectivity benefit will continue to be applied to your account as long as you remain qualified.
