We do use and share de-identified information about customers, including viewing information and demographic data, to facilitate the delivery of targeted advertising messages on our system and other websites, applications and devices. Customers can opt out of receiving targeted advertising here.

Sensitive Personal Information
Certain information that we collect and link to customer accounts may be considered “sensitive” under some state laws, like ethnicity, political affiliation or geolocation. We may use and share this information in a de-identified way to support activities like the creation of audience segments and the delivery and analysis of marketing and advertising. California gives its residents the right to request that we limit the use and disclosure of their sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about them; for example, by including them in audience segments based this information. Customers in California can exercise that right here.
We use the information we collect about our customers’ use of the TV service to make program and content recommendations. TV customers can opt out of the use of recommendation features and functions here.
