Advanced Security works only with compatible Gateway provided by Optimum. Service may take up to 30 minutes to activate once the Optimum equipment is installed. This Service is not antivirus or firewall software and does not protect against inbound network attacks. It blocks domains only if Optimum, at its discretion, identifies them as potentially malicious or if the Customer configures web filtering to block them. Customer is solely responsible for configuring web filtering policies and managing connected devices and profiles, and Optimum has no liability for these configurations.

Total Care Plus is $15/month for the first 12 months from the date of enrollment. After 12 months, the monthly price becomes $20 and will automatically renew each month until cancelled. Cancel any time by writing to administrator at P.O. Box 1818, Sterling, VA 20167, at 855-993-1680 or by logging into account at optimum.net. Cancellation within the first 30 days effective immediately and subject to a full refund. Cancellation thereafter effective immediately subject to pro-rated refund.
