Yes. An internet connection is required to access most TV Everywhere applications. And all TV plan prices are listed "w/Internet plan," meaning Optimum TV packages are billed alongside an active Optimum Internet subscription, with the rate reflecting eligible Auto Pay and Paperless Bill discounts plus taxes and fees.
