## Internet subscribers: Optimum's Acquisition and New Offers rate card applies to Internet customers on the cable network who begin their tenure on January 08, 2024 or later. Internet customers who begin their tenure on January 07, 2024 or earlier (also known as Legacy customers) will be grandfathered into Optimum's Legacy Plus rate card. This can be accessed by visiting optimum.com/pricing-packages.          

Optimum may move Legacy customers to the Acquisition and New Offers rate card as part of its offers and retention efforts. Impacted customers will not see any price increases because of this change.          

The following account changes do not automatically result in Legacy Customers being moved to the Acquisition and New Offer rate card: speed changes, service level changes, equipment changes, and moves/transfers.

This Service is not antivirus or firewall software and does not protect against inbound network attacks. It blocks domains only if Optimum, at its discretion, identifies them as potentially malicious or if the Customer configures web filtering to block them. Customer is solely responsible for configuring web filtering policies and managing connected devices and profiles, and Optimum has no liability for these configurations.

⁴⁵The Federal Cost Recovery Fee helps offset some of the costs associated with complying with federal laws, regulations, and programs related to phone services. This fee is not a tax and is not mandated by the government; however, providers are permitted to pass these costs through to customers. The Federal Cost Recovery Fee is currently assessed at approximately 2.276%; however, this rate is subject to change from time to time.

NJ Residents: In accordance with state regulation, you may request in writing that a third party be designated to receive any disconnection notice issued on your Optimum account. Contact Customer Support for more information.
