Keisha was so helpful with my experience at Optimum. I am so happy that I can go there at anytime and the ladies will always help me every one of them including Melissa and Rose always provide me with there best help. My phone broke on me and she was able to get me approved for a new device ( the one I wanted) and hooked it up with all the perks I needed at a great amazing price.
