Don’t miss your
favorite programming
We’ve worked tirelessly on your behalf to reach an agreement with Turner Networks to continue carrying their channels, including CNN, HBO, TBS, TNT, TCM, Cartoon Network, truTV, Cinemax, Boomerang, CNN En Espanol, and Cartoon Network en Espanol. However, they’ve refused to offer a deal that is fair for our customers and as a result, their channels are no longer available on Optimum at this time.
We want to carry Turner Networks and call on Turner to work
with us to reach a fair deal to return their channels to our lineups.
Fortunately, in the meantime, we have various options and promotions available for you to continue watching news, entertainment, and sports content, both within your Optimum TV package and also through the Max streaming app, which carries a large variety of Turner content.

Committed to bringing you the best content at the best value
To bring you the content you love at a fair price, Optimum works hard to reach agreements with hundreds of programming partners each
year. Most of the time, we are able to reach a renewal without any disruption to our customers.
Unfortunately, despite our best efforts to reach a fair new deal for Turner Networks programming, we were unable to reach an agreement because:
- Turner demanded exorbitant fees that would have driven up costs for our customers.
- Turner was trying to force us to pay for channels that the majority of our customers do not watch.
- At the same time, Turner continues to offer a direct-to-consumer streaming service, Max, carrying almost all of their content, enabling them in many cases to charge customers twice for the same content.
This "all or nothing" model is outdated, and we are working hard to give you the flexibility, choice, and value you deserve. Help us by telling Turner Networks to work with Optimum to reach a fair deal.
