CAMPAIGN AUTHORIZATION

 
By signing below, the undersigned client (“Client”) authorizes CSC Holdings, LLC (“Optimum”) to access and manage Client’s platforms identified below, and allocate and spend up to the approved budgets set forth for the campaign.

This Campaign Authorization is governed by the Optimum Business Ad Central Service Agreement between Client and Optimum (the “Agreement”), available at: [link]

Without modifying any provisions of the Agreement, the following terms are highlighted for clarity:

• Client grants Optimum full discretion over all campaign decisions, including adjusting parameters for specific ad buys, ad placement, timing, and strategy within the designated campaign flight dates.
• Ad placements are subject to inventory availability and clearance requirements.
• Optimum may, but is not obligated to, spend the full approved budget during the campaign flight.
• Optimum may adjust mid-flight to help achieve the mutually agreed-upon objectives.
• Client is solely responsible for all advertising activities on the platforms, including Optimum’s use thereof and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.
• While Optimum will endeavor to optimize campaign performance in its reasonable discretion, it does not guarantee specific results and expressly disclaims all warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied.
• Client agrees to promptly grant Optimum administrative access to manage Client’s advertising accounts for the applicable platform.

This authorization remains in effect unless revoked by the Client with at least 30 days' written notice. The parties may mutually agree to increase the campaign budget listed above and initiate additional campaigns in writing (email sufficient).
