$50 referral credits for existing Optimum customer and their referral will be applied to each customer’s monthly bill 60 days after referral customer’s installation. Referral account must be kept active and in good standing during that period to qualify. Optimum Advantage Internet customers do not qualify for the program. Credit will be applied after any government benefit programs or other applicable credits have been applied. Any unused credits are not redeemable for cash and will be forfeited upon account termination.
