The COVID-19 Telehealth Program provides $200 million in funding, appropriated by Congress as part of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act, to help health care providers provide connected care services to patients at their homes or mobile locations in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The COVID-19 Telehealth Program provides immediate support to eligible health care providers responding to the COVID-19 pandemic by fully funding:
• Telecommunications Services
• Information Services
• Devices necessary to provide critical services

The Connected Care Pilot Program will provide up to $100 million from the Universal Service Fund (USF) over a three-year period to health centers, hospitals, rural health clinics, and more to support the provision of connected healthcare services.
The Connected Care Pilot Program will provide funding to eligible applicants for selected pilot projects to cover 85% of the eligible costs:
• Broadband Connectivity
• Network Equipment
• Information Services
