Optimum has published its 2024 Sustainability & Impact Report, detailing progress in building a more sustainable, inclusive, and community-driven future.

This year’s report outlines how Optimum is transforming its operations to reduce environmental impact, foster a positive employee experience, and invest in the communities we serve across our 21-state footprint. Highlights include continued efforts to shrink our carbon footprint and strengthen climate risk management, as well as initiatives focused on supporting local organizations and delivering superior service in every neighborhood. 

The report also celebrates the people behind our progress – including recognition as a Great Place to Work for the second year in a row – and our shared commitment to doing what’s right for customers, teammates, and the environment.
