Celina Chamber of Commerce and Optimum Business Announce the Grant Winners of Lifting Up Small Businesses in Celina, Texas

25 small businesses will be awarded a $5,000 grant to support their long-term success 

DALLAS, TEXAS (JANUARY 6, 2026) - Optimum Business, the leading provider of internet, mobile, TV, and phone services, along with their partner, the Celina Chamber of Commerce, today announced the grant winners of Lifting Up Small Businesses in Celina, Texas. 

Each small business will receive a $5,000 grant to help support their growth and long-term success. Featured grant recipients include: 

  • Hemphill Orthodontics – Will enhance the office space with a new dental chair, 3D printer, and small interior upgrades.

  • Lucy’s on the Square  Will invest in new upholstery for dining room booths, napkin dispensers, and repair restaurant doors.

  • Terramania  Will purchase new awning for rear door and replace front exterior speakers.

  • William Williams Rare Jewels  Will invest in new jewelry displays to showcase merchandise. 

  • Valley Vines – Will create new, improved signage and enhanced outdoor seating. 

  • Donkey Equine Haven  Will purchase intake software to streamline business operations.
