The health and safety of our customers and employees remains our top priority. We’re closely monitoring updates from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) regarding the COVID-19 situation. We're also continuing to receive guidance from government agencies and public health officials to ensure the most up-to-date information and protocols are in place. We have temporarily closed many Optimum store locations, and for those that remain open, we have reduced their hours of operation. Please check here before heading to a store.
Our technicians follow all CDC and OSHA guidelines and we’ve put in place other strict safety measures to keep you safe including:

  • Practicing social distancing by staying at least 6 feet away during any interaction
  • Wearing facial covering and gloves
  • Washing hands or using sanitizer before and after every visit

In order to help students stay connected, we are offering Altice Advantage broadband free until the end of the 2019-2020 school year to any new household in our service area with K-12 and/or college students who may be displaced due to school closures and who do not currently have home internet access. Altice Business is partnering with school districts in our service area to offer its Student WiFi product at no cost through the 2019-2020 school year. Altice Business Student WiFi provides students who have school-issued devices the ability to use the Optimum WiFi Hot Spot Network to access their school’s network and resources from home if they do not have dedicated Internet access.
