The health and safety of our customers and employees remains our top priority. We continue to closely monitor COVID-19 developments and updates from the Center for Disease Control (CDC), government agencies and public health officials to ensure we have the appropriate safety protocols are in place. We are slowly beginning to open some of our Optimum store locations that were temporarily closed. These stores have reduced operating hours and are limited to a 1-to-1 employee/customer ratio, so you may need to wait outside before coming in. We require our employees and customers to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when visiting. Please click here for store status and hours.
Our technicians continue to follow all CDC and OSHA guidelines and practice strict safety measures to keep customers safe.

Internet service for just $14.99 per month, which includes free equipment, unlimited data, discounted installation and the option to cancel anytime. For those households needing more speed, we also have a range of speed options available to choose from.

In addition, as a local company, we are supporting the communities we serve as they confront the challenges of COVID-19. Altice USA is proud to support both the national and local affiliates of Feeding America and the Boys and Girls Clubs of America in many of the communities we serve.

We have also established a $10 million Small Business Recovery Program, focused on the support of small businesses and other community partners during these challenging times.

Recognizing that remote learning in some form is likely here to stay, Altice is committed to work with school districts to provide connectivity to students that need it. In addition to providing qualifying households the opportunity to purchase Altice Advantage, we are committed to working with schools on opportunities to provide in-home connectivity to students at home.

Altice Business Student WiFi provides students who have school-issued devices the ability to use the Optimum WiFi Hot Spot Network to access their school’s network and resources from home if they do not have dedicated Internet access.

Altice Business will also work with schools that are interested in purchasing in-home fixed Internet connectivity for students in need.
