The health and safety of our customers and employees remains our top priority, and our protocols continue to exceed CDC recommendations.
While the majority of our employees are vaccinated, masks will be optional for customers and retail store employees, regardless of vaccination status. We recommend that unvaccinated customers and employees continue to wear them in our facilities.As an added precaution, since November 1, 2021, we have required our entire workforce to be fully vaccinated or submit to twice-weekly COVID-19 testing, with proof of negative results prior to working at our facilities or directly with customers.
What are we doing:
- Social distancing of 6 feet or more
- Recommending masks or face coverings
- Increasing cleaning of high-touch areas
- Providing hand sanitizer at each counter

Altice Student WiFi provides students who have school-issued devices the ability to use the Optimum WiFi Hot Spot Network to access their school’s network and resources from home if they do not have dedicated Internet access.
