I hereby certify that I have read the Official Rules for the Contest, I understand that the Contest is governed by the Official Rules and I agree with the terms of the Rules on behalf of myself and the minor named above. I agree that by participating in the Contest, the Sponsors may use my child's submission, name, likeness, image, biographical information and/or voice in publicity or advertising concerning this Contest without further compensation.
