There are two types of Partner Programs:
1. The Optimum Referral Program
As a Referral Partner, your only real responsibility is to go through your client files and refer the appropriate customers to us. In some cases, if you'd like, you can be involved in the sales process. But it's really up to you. Our account executives will take it from there, keeping you in the loop as they close the sale. Once the service is installed, you will receive your generous one-time commission.

2. The Optimum Agent Program
The Agent Partner is very involved in the sales process. In fact, after the Partner is trained on Optimum's products, services and processes, the Partner is ready to hit the ground running. After the Partner identifies a lead, sells the appropriate Optimum Products and Service(s), and the service is installed and billing, the Partner earns a very competitive one-time and/or monthly residual commission.
