If your telephone is connected directly to the voice-enabled modem, please follow the instructions for Single Telephone Connection. If the modem is connected directly to a telephone jack and the telephones you use with Optimum Voice are also connected to telephone jacks, please follow the troubleshooting tips under Whole House Connection. Whole House Wiring is available with Professional Installation only.
