AOL's BYOA (Bring Your Own Access) discount plan is a separate and distinct monthly fee from your Optimum Online service account. It will be billed to you by AOL. |
- Click the AOL icon on your Desktop and log in.
- Click on "Member Services."
- Choose "Billing" in the right hand panel.
- Choose "Change Your Billing Method or Price Plan" from the "Update Your Info" menu.
- Choose "BYOA" from the "Change Price Plan" window.
- Click on "Select Plan."
- Click "Exit."
- Click the AOL icon on your Desktop and log in.
- Click on "Member Services."
- From the "Settings" menu, select "Billing Center."
- In the "Manage My Account" section, choose "Change My Price Plan."
- Select "BYOA," and click on "Change Plan."
- Click "Exit."
