Busy Redial

When you get a busy signal, dial *66 to use Busy Redial, and Optimum Voice will call you back when the line you're calling is free.

To Use Busy Redial

• Hang up the phone.
• Pick up the phone again and dial *66, then hang up the phone again.
• Busy Redial will continue to dial the line for up to 30 minutes.
• When the line is free, your Optimum Voice phone will sound a special ring.
• When you hear the special ring, answer the phone and you will automatically be connected.

Deactivate Busy Redial within the 30-minute redial period by dialing *89.
