Activate Enhanced Voicemail through the Voicemail tab of the My Optimum Voice Web site. Select a voicemail PIN (password) you'll use to access voicemail via the telephone. Once activated, you can always access voicemail messages by clicking the Voicemail tab on the My Optimum Voice Web site. It's also where you'll find your voicemail access telephone number.
