Busy Redial

When you get a busy signal, dial *66 to use Busy Redial, and Optimum Voice will call you back when the line you're calling is free.

To Use Busy Redial

Hang up the phone.
Pick up the phone again and dial *66, then hang up the phone again.
Busy Redial will continue to dial the line for up to 30 minutes.
When the line is free, your Optimum Voice phone will sound a special ring.
When you hear the special ring, answer the phone and you will automatically be connected.

Deactivate Busy Redial within the 30-minute redial period by dialing *89.
